A native Texan, inspired by Central Texas and pastoral life in the rolling farmlands in Bastrop County Texas, Mary started painting after her children were in school. While managing a cow-calf ranch with her husband, she learned to love working in several mediums producing award winning Texas landscapes and florals.

Her success has allowed her to study under several well-known artists producing a collection that has been received in prestigious shows across the state including the Austin Artist Harvest with her work finding it's way into private collections throughout Texas, the U.S.A., and Europe.

Mary is a member of the Capital Art Society, Austin Palette Club, Austin Municipal Art Guild.

Her years of success in the art world has allowed for travel in Europe, Mexico and the States, but she still finds her subjects close to her heart and roots here in Texas.
